		<description><![CDATA[Timp de preparare: 40 min (complexitate medie) Ingrediente: 150 gr. unt, 250 gr. lapte praf, 100 gr. cacao, 500 gr. zahar, 0,150 l apa, unt pentru tava; vanilie, alune (fascultativ), Mod de preparare: Se amesteca foarte bine untul cu laptele si cacaua, pana se formeaza o pasta omogena. Se fierbe un sirop din zahar si apa pina se leaga ca pentru dulceata. Dupa ce se raceste putin siropul, se toarna cite putin peste pasta. Tava se va tine la rece (zero grade) cel putin 12 ore. Inainte de a se a umple, tava trebuie unsa cu unt. Se obtine 1 kg. de ciocolata. Se poate pune in sirop o jumatate de baton de vanilie sau, cind se toarna in forme, se pot pune si alune. <p>Mod de preparare:<br />

<p>Se stoarce sucul de lime intr-un pahar cu cuburi de gheata.</p>
<p>Se toarna apoi romul, Coca-Cola si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Se orneaza cu felii de lime.</p>

si ador cocosul, asa ca am facut o combinatie delicioasa intre cele doua.<br />
Rezultatul? O pufosenie de praji!</p>
<p>Ne trebuie:<br />
un pachet foi piscot cu cacao (cumparate)</p>
<p>Pt crema (reteta Amalia)<br />
670 ml lapte (de cocos am pus eu)<br />
70 g amidon de porumb<br />
2,5 linguri de zahăr<br />
70 g ciocolată albă (cu cocos am pus eu)<br />
170 g unt la temperatura camerei<br />
100 g zahăr pudră<br />
5-6 linguri de nuca de cocos</p>

<p>Cum se face:<br />
Eu am pus lapte de cocos.<br />
Daca nu aveti puteti fierbe laptele cu cca 100-150 g de nuca de cocos, apoi strecurati.</p>
<p>Se amesteca 100 ml de lapte cu zahar şi cu amidon de porumb.<br />
Se pun restul de 570 ml de lapte intr-o craticioara,<br />
se adauga ciocolata alba si incalziti la foc mic pana da in clocot.</p>

<p>Reduceti focul si adaugati amestecul de amidon amestecand mereu .<br />
Continuaţi sa amestecati până când se ingroasa.</p>

<p>Veţi şti că este suficient de gros, dacă, atunci când radeti partea de jos a oalei cu lingura, puteţi vedea fundul oalei.<br />
Adaugam nuca de cocos si lasam sa se raceasca.<br />
Mixam untul cu zahărul pudră şi adaugati crema de lapte.<br />
Lasati putin sa se raceasca (amestecati din cand in cand pentru ca face crusta deasupra).<br />
Apoi umpleti foile.</p>

<p>Am ornat deasupra cu ciocolata topita.<br />
(am topit intr-o punguta cicolata cu lapte amestecata cu putina ciocolata alba si o lgt de lapte, apoi am taiat la un colt)</p>

<p>Dam la frigider pentru minim 2-3 ore (pentru a se intari crema), apoi taiem.<br />
